Job summary

Varco Home Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, helping improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

In this role you’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist, support goal-driven care, and deliver home exercise programs with safety guidance, documenting visits promptly.

Flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume offer work-life balance and meaningful, patient-focused care in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
