Job summary

THERAPY AND WELLNESS CONNECTION, LLC in Brecksville, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our pediatric therapy team on a very part-time basis. The position offers about 5 hours per week with potential for more as caseload grows.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting with PT, OT, Speech Therapy, ABA, and other pediatric professionals. Flexible scheduling based on caseload.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Ohio license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices
• Effective interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services under supervision
• Collaborate with PT, OT, Speech Therapy, ABA and other pediatric professionals
• Support flexible scheduling based on caseload and availability

Therapy & Wellness Connection is looking for alicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our pediatric therapy team on a very part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking to add a few consistent hours to their current schedule while working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

• Part-time - approximately 5 hours per week currently
• Potential opportunity for hours to increase as our PT caseload grows
• It’s Pediatric outpatient setting
  Work under the direction and supervision of a licensed
• Physical Therapist
• Collaborative environment with PT, OT, Speech Therapy, ABA, and other pediatric professionals
• Flexible scheduling based on caseload and availability

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Ohio license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices
• Effective interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Specialization in a specific area of physical therapy, such as early intervention, autism, and pediatrics
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
