Job summary

Brookdale in Bethany, Oklahoma is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide essential services across its communities. You will work closely with patients, assessing and implementing therapy programs while ensuring compliance with Brookdale's policies and state regulations.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited program and possess a PTA license. The role requires outpatient or home health experience, especially with geriatric patients. Key responsibilities include:

• Provides Physical Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation.
• Functions under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, Brookdale policies/procedures, and state regulations.

Qualifications
