Lake Effect Chiropractic is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant in Bay City, MI, to help patients achieve active, confident lives. This position offers $25 to $30 per hour based on experience, with a consistent schedule Monday 8 AM – 5 PM, Tuesday 9 AM – 7 PM, Wednesday 9 AM – 5 PM, Thursday 9 AM – 7 PM, Friday 8 AM – 12 PM.

You operate in a dynamic environment where sessions remain concise and impactful, focusing on 10–20 minute interactions that keep patients actively engaged in their progress. You work side‑by‑side with doctors and teammates, ensuring each individual receives coordinated care that builds strength, restores function, and increases confidence. You play a key role in creating positive patient experiences, reinforcing progress, and helping individuals stay committed to their long‑term health journey.
