Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join a on-site rehabilitation team focused on senior living residents. You will assist with rehabilitative services under medical orders and deliver one-on-one therapy using a holistic, patient-centered approach.

• Associate’s degree in physical therapy assistance or related program.
• Current license to practice physical therapy.
