Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Dallas is looking for a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support patients and the clinic team. You will help patients move to therapy areas, assist therapists, and provide friendly customer service.

You’ll prepare equipment, manage patient records and scheduling, handle basic front-office tasks, and help keep the clinic clean and welcoming. The role offers $14-15 per hour and opportunities for development within PRN’s family of brands.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to assisting individuals in need.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Support clinic operations with friendly customer service during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks when downtime occurs, including phone calls, document scanning, scheduling, and payments.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; perform daily cleaning and stocking.
