Job summary

Advance Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists with patient care, helping patients feel supported and comfortable during sessions.

You will administer hot and cold packs as prescribed, prepare and sanitize therapy equipment, and monitor patient progress while reporting feedback to the physical therapist. This role supports a clean, welcoming clinic environment and smooth team operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and ensure comfort during sessions.
• Administer hot and cold packs as prescribed.
• Maintain and sanitize therapy equipment, ready for use.
• Monitor patient progress during exercises and report feedback to the therapist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment by sanitizing surfaces and arranging equipment.
• Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
