Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person.
• Promote efficient patient intake and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients and complete relevant paperwork.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback.
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs.
