Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture by addressing patient needs during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as instructed by therapists.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with routine tasks when downtime occurs (phone, filing, billing, scheduling).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
