Virtua Health in Lumberton, NJ seeks a part-time Per Diem patient care assistant to support therapists and staff. Under supervision, you will assist with exercise programs and maintain equipment and treatment areas, while handling routine clerical tasks and scheduling.

The role emphasizes reliable patient service, attention to detail, and teamwork in a busy clinical setting. On-site work with competitive hourly pay is offered.

Summary: Under direct supervision, assists in patient care. Provides clerical functions and general upkeep of the department.

• Routine office functions such as phone calls, patient scheduling and billing as required by site, coordinate patient lists, maintain department statistics.
• Monitors environment of care for department

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required

• Computer competency-working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Required Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Hourly Rate: $18.36 - $23.60 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
