Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (health sciences coursework preferred), strong communication, compassion, and the ability to lift and assist patients under supervision. CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in health sciences preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and equipment with therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility tasks under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and linens.
• Prepare and apply modalities under supervision.
• Prepare and manage patient documentation and files.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to therapists.
• Assist with scheduling and front desk tasks as needed.
• Ensure safety and health regulations compliance.
