Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapy Aide to support patient treatments and assist licensed clinicians while helping keep the clinic running smoothly. You will build strong relationships with patients, gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, evidence-based care environment, and support front desk duties as needed.

This position offers onboarding training, mentorship, and clear paths for advancement within a nationwide practice.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required (submission of diploma for highest level obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment Required – ongoing availability throughout the year.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Support patient treatments and assist licensed clinicians.
• Ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
• Occasionally assist with front desk duties.
