Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to help maintain a safe, clean clinic and support front-office tasks in a busy New York location. You will answer phones, collect copays, check in patients, and communicate with patients and families, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates are students in exercise science, PT/OT/Speech therapy, or related healthcare fields who enjoy helping others and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task.
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for patients.
Provide support to the front office team (answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients).
Communicate with patients and their family members to facilitate care.
