Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently in a healthcare-related field (exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy).
• Able to support the clinic team and front office operations.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist front desk staff.
• Assist with checking in patients and collecting copays.
• Ensure equipment and clinic stay safe and clean for patients.
• Communicate with patients and their family members about care and logistics.
