Job summary

StretchMed in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a hands-on Kinesiology graduate or student to join as a Physical Therapy Aide and Kinesiology Entry Level. You’ll gain patient-facing, manual therapy experience while earning more than typical aides.

As part of the founding team at our Bell Works Holmdel location, you’ll perform 1-on-1 stretches, assess mobility, and educate clients on recovery and mobility. Flexible part-time schedule and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Degree or current enrollment in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine or related field.
• Solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Professional, empathetic and eager to learn new modalities.
• Experience as PT Aide, Chiropractic Assistant or Athletic Trainer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help clients improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Perform 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using the CST protocol.
• Assess client flexibility and range of motion.
• Work within defined protocols and StretchMed training guidelines.
• Educate clients on recovery benefits and consistency in mobility work.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment.

Compensation: Avg $25 - $30+/hour (Base + Bonuses)

Your Role:

• As a Stretch Therapist, you will use your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help clients improve mobility and reduce pain.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or currently enrolled in a related field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Attributes: Professional, empathetic, and eager to learn new modalities.
• Experience: Previous experience as a PT Aide, Chiropractic Assistant, or Athletic Trainer is a huge plus. Comfortable with hands‑on physical work and client interaction throughout a full shift.

Schedule:

• Part‑Time (approx. 20-25 hours).
• Flexible scheduling (we can work around university or class schedules).
• Must be available for some weekend shifts.
