ATI Physical Therapy in Westborough, MA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team and gain hands-on healthcare experience, supporting patient recovery with mentorship and real-world exposure.

You will greet patients, assist with intake, prepare treatment areas, help patients perform exercises and home programs, track progress, and collaborate with therapists to deliver high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Preferred: background in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsabilités

• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling assistance.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.

Status: Full Time

Hours: Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 7am - 7pm

Location: Westborough, MA

In this position, you’ll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy.

Responsibilities

At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
