MultiCare Health System's Rockwood Clinic in Spokane Valley seeks a non-licensed Physical Therapy Aide to support the therapy team. Under direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will perform routine tasks that help keep the service running smoothly.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience. This is a part-time, on-site role with variable shifts and a focus on patient care and safety.

This position is a non-licensed worker who is specifically trained under the direction of a Physical Therapist to perform designated routine tasks related to the operation of a physical therapy service. This position, when providing direct service to patients, may function only with the continuous on-site supervision of the physical therapist or, where allowable by law and/or regulation, the physical therapist assistant. This position works under direct supervision. Work situations are basically routine, yet require attention to detail. Internal contacts occasionally include other patient services staff. External contacts are extensive with patients and may also include patient family and physicians.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $17.13 - $22.93 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
