Job summary

ATI-Physical-Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide in Seattle to support therapists and patients throughout treatment. You will greet patients, manage intake, assist with scheduling, and help prepare treatment areas. Training is provided to gain hands-on healthcare skills and mentorship in physical therapy.

You will help patients perform prescribed exercises, monitor progress, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth and effective sessions in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling assistance for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
