Job summary

Mobility Bone & Joint Institute Physical Therapy, a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance, seeks a Physical Therapy Aide for our outpatient clinic in Salem, NH. Great entry path into physical therapy, athletic training, or sports medicine with hands-on orthopedic rehab experience.

Position offers part-time or full-time hours, with a pay range of $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling and front-desk duties included; in-person, on-site work in Salem, NH.

Qualifications

• Interest in physical therapy, athletic training, sports medicine, or healthcare field.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
• Familiarity with anatomy and physiology is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and patient service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Teamwork and following instructions in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment activities.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient therapy sessions.
• Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and supplies.
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas as needed.
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions and communicate changes to the therapist.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming patient environment.
• Perform administrative/front-desk duties including scheduling and record-keeping.
• Provide friendly, professional, compassionate service to patients.
• Follow established protocols while collaborating with the PT team.

Position Responsibilities
