Job summary

Ivy Rehab in Virginia is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to support clinical operations and front office tasks. You’ll help keep equipment and the clinic clean and safe for patients, assist with check-in, copays, and phone coverage, and communicate clearly with patients and families.

This role is ideal for students in exercise science or healthcare, offering hands-on experience in PT, OT, speech therapy and ABA, within a collaborative team that values teamwork, growth, and compassionate

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and bedside manner.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Customer service and patient care experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends.

• Maintain equipment and clinic cleanliness to ensure safety and comfort for patients.
