Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed clinicians and help maintain smooth clinic operations. The role is entry-level and focuses on patient care, with opportunities to observe PT school hours and grow within a nationwide practice.

You'll gain hands-on experience, build patient relationships, and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Flexible part-time hours are available, with weekday availability required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Year-round availability required – consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year.
• Occasional lifting of ≥50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying ≥50 lbs.
• Occasional pushing 0–300 lbs.
• Frequent lifting and carrying 0–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct exposure to patient care under the leadership of a physical therapist.
• Observation hours for PT School/healthcare applications.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

Schedule

• Part Time: Flexible availability within 7am-7pm M-F (evening availability needed)

Compensation

Pay : $15/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
