Job summary

Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapy Aide in New Milford, CT. You will support therapists, greet patients, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinic.

This role offers hands-on exposure to clinical care in a welcoming, high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate has an interest in health and wellness and is flexible to work clinic hours year-round.

Qualifications

• Background in exercise science or related field.
• Previous experience as a physical therapy aide is a plus.
• Must be available year-round with flexibility to work during clinic hours.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized therapy space
• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Observe patients during treatment sessions and communicate relevant feedback to the clinical team
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and common surfaces
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Perform light physical tasks including standing, squatting, bending, and walking throughout the day
• Assist with front desk tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
