Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support patient treatments and assist licensed clinicians in a busy Matthews, NC clinic. This entry‑level role helps maintain clinic flow and may assist front desk tasks, contributing to a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Full-time schedule Mon-Fri, year-round.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional pushing up to 300 lbs.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support patient treatments under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Assist with clinic operations and occasional front desk duties.
• Provide direct exposure to patient care and observation hours for PT school.
• Contribute to a nationwide physical therapy practice.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year‑Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

Schedule

• Full Time: Mon‑Fri (schedule varies)

Compensation

• Pay Range: $15-$17/hour
• (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
