Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Washington state seeks a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists, assist with patient setup, and ensure smooth patient flow from check-in to treatment. This role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to PT/OT practices, advancing healthcare skills in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and bring healthcare or customer service experience.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
