ATI Physical Therapy in Las Vegas is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support patient care and assist therapists. You will be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional care, with hands-on training and mentorship in physical therapy.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-ins, assisting with treatment spaces and equipment, and helping patients perform prescribed exercises and home programs. The role offers a pathway to healthcare career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• High School diploma required; must be 18+ years old.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience in PT/tech roles, CPT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and improve patient intake process.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check‑in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
