Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and assist patients during treatment. You will greet patients, help with intake, review benefits, and prepare treatment areas to ensure efficient care.

You will learn hands-on skills from experienced therapists and contribute to patient recovery in a collaborative environment. This role offers a strong benefits package and part-time hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
