Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering compassionate patient care. You will gain hands-on training, assist clinicians, and support patients throughout their recovery in a busy outpatient setting.

The role offers exposure to physical therapy practices, patient education, and a path toward healthcare career development within ATI’s supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout their appointment.
• Help with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
