ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our outpatient rehab team in Indiana. You will greet patients, assist with intake, and help clinicians prepare treatment areas while supporting patient home exercise programs.

This role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to PT/OT practices as part of a national network that focuses on quality outcomes and patient care. Strong customer service and healthcare interest are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer experience preferred.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

Must be 18+ years

Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)

Certified Personal Trainer experience.

Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
