ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide in Goodyear, AZ to support clinicians and patients, performing setup, cleaning, and processing, while receiving hands-on training.

You will help with patient check-in, assist with exercises, monitor progress, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Candidates should be 18+ with healthcare or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration and assist clinicians with scheduling.

• Support the Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and support home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students).
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
