Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Gillette, Wyoming is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists, assist patients, and help maintain a smooth clinic operation at our 1013 Boxelder Rd location.

We offer a full-time schedule with pay ranging from $13 to $16 per hour, based on experience and skill set. The role emphasizes patient comfort, teamwork, and accurate record-keeping and billing support.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Duties & Responsibilities
