ATI Physical Therapy in Germantown, MD is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and patients throughout treatment sessions. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy workflows.

You will assist with check-ins, scheduling, patient onboarding, and preparing treatment spaces. This position emphasizes patient care, progress monitoring, and home exercise support.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
