Ivy Health is seeking a Therapy Aide to join our team of orthopedic and pediatric outpatient specialists. You will help keep the clinic safe, clean, and organized, support front desk tasks, and assist in communicating with patients and their families to ensure smooth visits.

The role is ideal for students in exercise science or related healthcare fields who enjoy helping others and want hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary therapy setting.

• Check in patients and collect copays
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and safety of equipment for patients
• Communicate with patients and family members to ensure understanding of care and scheduling

Position Summary

Our Therapy Aides are valued members of our clinic team. They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for our patients, provide support to our front office team such as answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with the patients and their family members. This is a great opportunity for students who are pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or anyone who loves being in healthcare and helping others.
