Supporting Therapy Sessions: Responsible for setting up equipment/modalities and preparing treatment areas for patients, working hand-in-hand with Physical Therapists to ensure a seamless, coordinated recovery process.
Exercise with Patients: Lead patients through prescribed exercise programs and provide modalities with a focus on safety, education, and proper form.
Documentation: Maintain high-quality, accurate records of patient progress and observations, such as patient response to treatment, progress in exercises, and any concerns noted during sessions.
Maintaining Supplies: Keep therapy areas clean and organized, sterilize equipment, and ensure adequate supplies are available.
Communication with Patients: Provide instructions to patients regarding home exercises or follow-up appointments; clear communication and patient education are crucial for successful therapy outcomes.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely and efficiently with physical therapists and other team members to ensure coordinated care for patients.
