Job summary

Precision Scans Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week traveler assignment in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation across orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

The ideal candidate holds a PT license in the state, a degree in Physical Therapy, and 1–2 years of clinical experience, with strong communication and documentation skills. BLS/CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement rehabilitation programs and monitor progress.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide high-quality patient care and effective communication.

Requirements :

• - Must have a valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.


• - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy


• - Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience required


• - Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation.


• - Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management.

• - Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA required).
