Job summary

St. Luke's Health System in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our wound care team. This 40-hour/weekStaff position features 8-hour day shifts in a multidisciplinary clinic environment focused on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapist program.
• Licenses: Valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of practice.
• BLS Provider certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan care modifications per wound healing principles.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team at the Meridian Clinic.
• Schedule 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week.
