Job summary

Green Oaks Physical Therapy in the Dallas area seeks a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team. You’ll provide evidenced-based care for orthopedic and sports medicine patients and benefit from a supportive mentorship environment.

Compensation includes $78,000–$95,000 base salary, an annual bonus up to $15,600, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement. We promote from within and offer a structured 12‑month mentorship for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship program to help transition into clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.

As a Physical Therapist at Green Oaks Physical Therapy, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.
