Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Must have and maintain a current state PT licensure/certification; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes per policy and regulation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
