Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide PT services, perform assessments, plan treatments, and deliver interventions in an interdisciplinary setting at our Louisville, KY locations.

You will educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer weekly pay, health, dental and vision benefits after your first month, a 401(k) match, student loan repayment and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold active PT licensure in the state
• Current CPR certification, preferred
• 0-1 years experience
• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and therapies to improve function.
• Educate patients and families on exercise technique, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans and outcomes per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
