BAYADA Home Health Care in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist for weekend home health visits to help clients regain independence in their own homes.

You'll perform assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure quality care while advancing your clinical skills. Weekend schedules offer flexibility and meaningful patient impact.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).
