Green Oaks Physical Therapy in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Physical Therapist to join a therapist-owned practice focused on mentorship, professional growth, and outstanding patient outcomes.

You'll provide individualized, evidence-based care for orthopedic and sports medicine patients, collaborating with a supportive team to help people regain function and return to activities they love.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship program provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs that restore function and improve quality of life.
• Educate patients throughout their recovery to help prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Base salary: $78,000-$95,000, based on experience
• Monthly productivity bonus with earning potential of up to $15,600 annually
• Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Work-Life Balance

• Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Gradual caseload ramp-up, building to approximately 10-12 patients per day
