Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists in Watertown and Brookline, Massachusetts, to join a clinician-led team delivering care through Geriatric House Calls. This full-time role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, autonomy in scheduling, and an interdisciplinary approach to improve functional outcomes.

Base pay for full-time roles in Massachusetts ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more. PRN/Flex also available, with pro-rated pay for part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
• Deliver care in line with FOX Rehabilitation’s geriatric house calls model.

In Massachusetts, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $100,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
