Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapy license in Alaska.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Fingerprint clearance card, CPR certification, and TB test.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatment in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient function, strength, and endurance.
  • Routinely assess and update care plans to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and Technicians.
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with the care team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of observations and treatment progress.
