Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Physical Therapist in Sparta, TN. The ViBE Visit-Based-Earnings model lets you control your caseload and income while delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic care to the local community.

You'll enjoy flexible schedules (evenings/weekends), autonomy over your weekly and hourly capacity, and streamlined documentation with supportive onboarding. Licensure in Tennessee and PT degree are required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedics PT services in Sparta, TN.
• Manage a flexible caseload under the ViBE model.
• Complete documentation efficiently using provided systems.
• Collaborate with Upstream Rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes.
