Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Fremont, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The clinic treats a variety of populations including acute, chronic, post-op, neuro, vestibular, sports, pelvic health and more.

1:1 mentorship is available for new grads to support growth. We offer a competitive compensation package with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, up to $120,000 salary and additional benefits such as student debt repayment and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current state license (CA) or eligibility
• CPR certification is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

• Salary starting at $100,000 up to $120,000 (Commensurate with experience)
