Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC invites a Traveling Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitation services to patients across multiple sites in the Windsor, VA region. You will apply evidence-based PT techniques, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while enjoying dynamic travel opportunities.

Requirements include PT degree from an accredited program, active state licensure, and BLS if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to patients across diverse settings on travel contracts.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and track patient progress.
• Collaborate with care teams and complete documentation per standards.
