Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Location Warrenton, VA: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, no on-call or weekend requirements. Comprehensive benefits package, housing assistance, travel/license reimbursement, and 401(k) matching to support you on the road.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (APTA-listed)
• Active state license to start the assignment
• BLS certification may be required
• Virginia PT license
• Home Health experience
• Experience with HCHB and PointCare documentation

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Virginia PT license
• Home Health experience
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for documentation and PointCare

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday.
• 8 am to 4:30 pm.
• No on call or weekend requirement.
