Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations. You will hold a PT degree from an accredited program, a valid state license to practice, and may need BLS.

This role offers full-time pay, comprehensive benefits, housing support, and relocation assistance. Assignments vary and include direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts through ProVenture, with ongoing support from a

• Must have a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain records according to policy.
• Coordinate travel logistics and relocation support as needed for assignments.
