Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• New Grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions as a traveling PT.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions across multiple clinics and locations as assigned.
• Maintain patient documentation and coordinate with clinic staff as needed.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Will accept a PTA? NO
• Will accept New Grads? Yes
• Float to other clinics: No
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week.
• Will see 12-14 patients/day.
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
