Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations. The role covers Newark, Nutley, Bellville, and Bloomfield with flexible travel assignments.

Requirements include an accredited PT degree, active state licensure, and BLS. The position offers comprehensive benefits, housing support, and mileage reimbursement for travel between visits.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with HCHB/POINT CARE is required.

Responsibilities

• Start of care for patients.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct revisits and reevaluations.
• Execute discharge planning and documentation.

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from the second to the last patient
• Responsibilities include start of care, patient evaluations, revisits, reevaluations, and discharge
• Coverage areas include Newark, Nutley, Bellville, and Bloomfield
