Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role offers full-time hours and a dynamic travel assignment in Medford, Oregon.

The position requires PT licensure, a degree from an accredited program, and Home Health experience along with possible BLS; benefits include housing, medical, and ongoing support from a dedicated recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical therapy visits and start of care evaluations.
• Conduct PT evaluations and recertifications.
• Provide supervisory visits and return-of-care activities.
• Cover Jackson County with travel between patient visits.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift days: Monday - Friday
Coverage area: Jackson County
Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
Key responsibilities include physical therapy visits, start of care, PT evaluations, recertifications, return of care, and supervisory visits
